API RP 505/500

Simplified API RP 505/500 Recommended Practices has been implemented into HACAD successfully within three modules. The first module calculates to release rate, zone/div designation per ventilation degree, and probabilistic. The second module is incorporating the most comprehensive calculation module which is the “Point Source Method” to calculate extensions for each stream by using the vapor pressure-temperature volatility chart to determine the categories of the substance and then it will flow to result as simple as possible per the API RP 505/500 Recommended Practices.
